Blüm is owned and operated by South Bay locals Dasha Simpson, an internationally-trained floral designer, and Julia Blyum, a sommelier and wine consultant. 

Blüm works with winemakers internationally to source bottles that express their natural essence with minimal intervention, meaning nothing artificial is added to the grape growing or winemaking process. This same philosophy extends to the florals at Blüm, which are always seasonal and arranged by hand, with an emphasis on local farms.
